The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions that are made through this website. Therefore, by using this site to place your order you accept and agree to DecoDesign Furniture terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for your records.
Our secure server accepts all major credit cards via PayPal Checkout.
Decodesign Furniture does not accept checks or wire transfers. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will be processed once the funds have cleared.
DecoDesign Furniture offers 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Customers have the right to refuse the merchandise at the time of delivery (while the delivery personnel is still on sight). Once the merchandise is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will receive a store credit and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee in addition to any delivery charges.
It is the customer responsibility to check and inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery. DecoDesign does not offer refunds or exchanges once the merchandise is accepted, except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise that we are unable to replace or repair.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours of the original order date are subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of 30%.
Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited.
DecoDesign Furniture offers no warranties on the performance of any products. Warranty, if any, are manufacturers' warranties, which are usually included in the product(s) packaging.
