Our system processes all orders immediately. One of our sales representative will contact you within 24 hours to set up a date and time for your delivery. In the event that you do not receive a phone call within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service at 305-414-3653.

Customer Responsibilities
Customer are responsible of providing a clear access for the delivery personnel to safely handle your merchandise. Doorways, hallways stairways and elevators, should not be blocked and must be wide enough  to allow safe handling of your furniture.


Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy

DecoDesign Furniture offers 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Customers have the right to refuse the merchandise at the time of delivery (while the delivery personnel is still on sight). Once the merchandise is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will receive a store credit and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee in addition to any delivery charges.

It is the customer responsibility to check and inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery. DecoDesign does not offer refunds or exchanges once the merchandise is accepted, except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise that we are unable to replace or repair.

Orders cancelled after 24 hours of the original order date are subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of 30%.

Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited.
